Oman’s Riyada has introduced an incentive initiative aimed at helping startups create more than 150 new employment opportunities for Omani talent.

The programme is designed to encourage startups to expand their teams while creating more pathways for young Omanis to enter the private sector and emerging industries.

By linking incentives with employment creation, the initiative can help startups access the talent they need while supporting Oman’s wider goals for entrepreneurship, SME development and private-sector employment.

The move also reinforces the growing role of startups as an important engine for innovation, job creation and economic diversification under Oman Vision 2040.
