The Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) has launched Mustafeed, a new digital platform designed to connect community needs with investors, partners and sustainable funding opportunities.
Unveiled in Dhofar during the Social Investment and Sustainable Development Forum 2026, the platform aims to create a more structured ecosystem for social investment by connecting government entities, businesses, civil society organisations and social entrepreneurs.
Mustafeed will focus on directing resources towards projects with measurable social, economic and environmental impact, while improving transparency and coordination among stakeholders.
Four cooperation agreements were also signed during the forum, including initiatives involving development financing, healthcare and rehabilitation, and high-impact community projects.
The initiative reflects a broader shift from traditional short-term CSR activities towards sustainable, investment-driven solutions that create lasting community value.
