His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has inaugurated the new headquarters of the Internal Security Service (ISS) in Dhofar, marking another important step in Oman’s continued development of its national security infrastructure.

During the visit, His Majesty reviewed the facility’s capabilities and highlighted the importance of modernisation, institutional development and preparedness for emerging security challenges.

The new headquarters reflects Oman’s focus on strengthening its security capabilities through modern infrastructure, advanced technologies and enhanced operational readiness.
