𝐎𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐎𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞

The Oman Olympic Committee will organise Oman Olympic Day 2026 on September 14 at The Village in Al Hail Al Shamaleyah under the theme “You Can Do This! Let’s Move.”

The event aims to encourage physical activity, strengthen the role of sport in everyday life and promote Olympic values such as participation, cooperation and active living. The programme will bring together the community across a wide range of sporting activities, including a 1.7km walk, athletics, badminton, table tennis, tennis, martial arts, 3×3 basketball, wheelchair basketball and more.

The initiative will also combine sport, health awareness, education and community engagement, with activities focused on sports health and safety, anti-doping, inclusion, athletes’ rights, environmental sustainability and medical screening. Children and families will also have dedicated recreational activities.
