Omanβs Ministry of Labour has opened registration for professional competency programmes at vocational colleges for jobseekers holding Grade 10 and Grade 11 certificates. Applications opened on 16 September 2026, with candidates able to choose one available programme.
Priority will be given to applicants living in the governorate where the relevant vocational college is located, with successful candidates to be contacted directly by the college administration. Registration closes on 20 September 2026.
