𝐀𝐈 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨, 𝐍𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐈𝐀 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐤

Splunk has announced an expanded partnership with NVIDIA and a new Cisco AI POD for Splunk, bringing accelerated AI capabilities directly to enterprise environments where sensitive machine data already resides. The announcement was made at .conf26 on September 14, 2026.

The new architecture combines Splunk’s AI capabilities with Cisco infrastructure and NVIDIA accelerated computing, allowing organisations to run AI workloads on-premises, in private clouds or in air-gapped environments without moving sensitive operational data outside their controlled environment.

The solution is designed to support AI-assisted investigations, custom agentic workflows, forecasting, anomaly detection and security operations. Splunk says customers can use different self-hosted AI models depending on the workload, while maintaining control over their data and infrastructure.
