Asyad Shipping plans to increase its public free float on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) by at least 5% of its issued share capital before the second anniversary of its IPO, subject to market conditions and regulatory approval. Asyad Group currently holds the remaining stake after selling 20% of Asyad Shipping through its 2025 IPO.

The additional share sale is intended to bring Asyad Shippingโ€™s public free float in line with the MSX minimum requirement of 25%. The company and its parent are evaluating the timing and structure of the transaction in consultation with Omanโ€™s Financial Services Authority (FSA), with completion expected before 12 March 2027.
