𝐀𝐥 𝐌𝐨𝐮𝐣 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤

Al Mouj Muscat has handed over four completed buildings of its Al Mouj Business Park to their owners, marking a major milestone for the eight-building development. The handover allows owners to begin preparing their office spaces as the new business community takes shape.

The Business Park spans 39,000 square metres across eight mid-rise buildings and combines Grade A office space with hospitality, retail, dining and leisure facilities. Its location along Al Mouj’s waterfront and proximity to Muscat International Airport and the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre position it as a new commercial destination within the integrated community.
