𝐃𝐮𝐪𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝟏𝟏𝟎% 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 $𝟕 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧

Duqm Refinery has strengthened its position as a major strategic energy project between Oman and Kuwait, recording approximately US$7 billion in revenues during 2025. The refinery also operated at around 110% of its design capacity in 2026, reaching approximately 255,000 barrels per day, compared with its original design capacity of 230,000 barrels per day.

During the first half of 2026, production included approximately 115,400 barrels per day of diesel, 38,500 barrels per day of jet fuel and 61,100 barrels per day of naphtha, alongside LPG, petroleum coke and sulphur production. The refinery’s location in Duqm provides access to markets across Asia, Africa and Europe, supporting its role in Oman’s refining and export activities.

The performance highlights Duqm Refinery’s growing role as an industrial and strategic asset, while contributing to Oman’s economic diversification and strengthening its position within regional and global energy markets.
