The Italat Yanqul (Yanqul Viewpoint) tourism and leisure project in Al Dhahirah has reached 85% completion and is expected to be ready before the end of 2026. The project represents an estimated RO2 million investment and covers approximately 65,000 sqm along the key route connecting Al Dhahirah with North Al Batinah.

The development is designed as an integrated tourism, recreational and economic destination, supporting visitor activity and creating a new destination for residents and travellers between the two governorates.
