𝐎𝐦𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞

Oman’s Youth Center, in partnership with the SME Development Authority (Riyada), has concluded its AI Agent Development Challenge, training 304 young Omanis from across the Sultanate to develop working AI-agent prototypes. The programme progressed from virtual training and an in-person bootcamp to a three-day final involving 85 finalists across 22 teams from eight governorates, with separate no-code and advanced programming tracks. Six teams were recognised as winners: Restiy, Mindix and Forsa in the no-code track, and OceanMind, MASAR and Hisn in advanced programming.

The challenge focused on moving participants beyond ideas and presentations toward testable minimum viable products, providing practical exposure to AI-agent development and technology problem-solving.
