Muscat is set to host the sixth edition of the Urban October Conference & Exhibition from October 5โ8 at the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, bringing together urban development experts, real estate developers, investors and innovators from Oman and around the world. The event, organised with UN-Habitat alongside World Habitat Day 2026, will feature 200 exhibitors, 160 real estate developers, 100 international and local speakers and representatives from 50 countries.
The conference will showcase Omanโs future city projects while focusing on sustainable urban development, investment opportunities, housing, urban resilience and infrastructure readiness. It is also expected to support knowledge exchange, new project tenders and homeownership opportunities in Oman.
