The Ministry of Labour has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with OneSupply Oman, a subsidiary of OQ’s Energy Oman, to provide training for 160 Omani job seekers under the Isnad programme. OneSupply Oman has also signed an agreement with the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) to develop and implement the training programme, which will assess sector needs, identify employment opportunities and define the technical skills required by the market. The initiative aims to strengthen sustainable employment opportunities, empower Omani talent and improve the readiness of young Omanis to join Oman’s supply-chain and logistics sector, while supporting national development and In-Country Value objectives.
