Oman Space Conference 2026 brought together 70 representatives from government departments and institutions involved in Omanβs space sector, industry and academia in Muscat to discuss the sectorβs priorities and practical applications of space technologies. Organised by Space Tech in Gulf in partnership with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, the conference examined Omanβs national space policy, executive programme and their role in supporting Oman Vision 2040. Discussions also focused on Earth observation and space-data applications for agriculture, environmental and marine services, while highlighting localisation of space technologies, development of national capabilities, stronger public-private-academic partnerships and investment opportunities aimed at building an integrated national space system.
