Bank Muscat has launched Al Ula Academy in collaboration with the University of Oxford to strengthen leadership development, knowledge exchange and exposure to global best practices in Oman. The academy opened with its inaugural two-day โ€œLeadership Excellenceโ€ programme on 6โ€“7 October 2026, bringing together government officials and focusing on effective leadership, leadership styles, practical leadership frameworks, high-performing teams, communication, influence and managing change. The initiative builds on Bank Muscatโ€™s longstanding partnership with the government sector and is intended to create a sustained platform for learning, collaboration and the development of national talent in support of Oman Vision 2040.
