The company’s technology initiatives include investments in artificial intelligence and advanced energy solutions through Enersol, while its regional expansion includes an 80% stake in MB Petroleum Services (MBPS), extending its presence across Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The MBPS business adds drilling and workover rigs alongside established oilfield-service operations, creating opportunities to broaden service capabilities and pursue further regional contracts.
