Oman is strengthening its ambition to become a leading regional logistics hub through a new partnership between the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology and the Royal Academy of Management (RAM). The partnership has launched the Leadership and Logistics Programme, designed to prepare 30 senior leaders from the government and private sector to guide the countryβs logistics industry. Delivered over 12 days across three modules, the programme focuses on strategic leadership, commercial acumen, supply chain excellence and global market intelligence. By equipping decision-makers with the skills and perspectives needed to improve organisational performance, the initiative aims to turn Omanβs strategic geographic advantage into sustainable economic value. As the Sultanate advances the objectives of Oman Vision 2040, developing leadership capabilities and strengthening supply-chain competitiveness will be vital to attracting investment, enhancing trade connectivity and building a resilient logistics ecosystem.
