The Omani-Saudi Business Council is working to strengthen economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries, with a focus on expanding bilateral trade and developing new investment partnerships. During a meeting at the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) in Muscat, the Omani side discussed priorities for private-sector collaboration and preparations for the councilโ€™s upcoming joint meeting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Sheikh Ali Hamad Al Kalbani, Head of the Omani side of the council, highlighted the importance of reviewing membersโ€™ proposals and translating them into practical initiatives that create opportunities for businesses in both markets. Stronger collaboration between Omani and Saudi companies can help deepen regional economic integration, open new commercial channels and support sustainable private-sector growth.
