Omanโs tourism and real estate sectors are gaining fresh investment momentum as OMRAN Group signs three strategic development agreements worth more than RO 122 million (approximately US$318 million) for projects at Madinat Al Irfan and Yiti Integrated Tourism Development. The agreements include two residential projects at Madinat Al Irfan valued collectively at RO 44.5 million, comprising a residential neighbourhood and a branded residences development. At Yiti, the RO 78 million Yiti Hills and Oases project will cover approximately 200,000 square metres and feature a luxury five-star resort alongside 490 residential units. The partnerships with Grova Developments, the real estate arm of Hassan Allam Holding, and Aurelian Development aim to attract foreign direct investment, expand residential and hospitality options, and accelerate the delivery of integrated destinations. These developments are expected to create wider opportunities across construction, tourism, hospitality and supporting services, contributing to Omanโs economic diversification objectives under Oman Vision 2040.
