Madaynโ€™s Sur Industrial City has signed six investment contracts worth more than RO 56 million during the first half of 2026, strengthening industrial activity and investment in South Al Sharqiyah. The Arabian Stories report

The agreements cover projects across industrial, commercial and service sectors, adding new investments and supporting the expansion of the cityโ€™s industrial ecosystem.

The development is expected to contribute to local value creation, job opportunities, private-sector growth and economic diversification, while strengthening Surโ€™s position as an important industrial hub.

The investment momentum also reflects Omanโ€™s continued efforts to attract private capital and develop competitive industrial infrastructure under Oman Vision 2040.
