Oman and Japan are looking to expand their longstanding economic relationship beyond oil and LNG, with greater cooperation in hydrogen, ammonia, green manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, logistics and investment.
The two countries are also exploring opportunities in desalination, low-carbon technologies, tourism, food security and advanced industries, while working to strengthen trade and investment links.
With Oman and Japan approaching 55 years of diplomatic relations, both sides see an opportunity to build a broader, more future-focused economic partnership.
