Omanโ€™s public revenue reached RO 6.602 billion by the end of the second quarter of 2026, marking a 13% increase compared with the same period last year.

Government spending also increased by 9% to RO 6.619 billion, resulting in a narrow fiscal deficit of around RO 17 million for the first half of the year.

The figures highlight Omanโ€™s continued focus on fiscal management, economic resilience and sustainable public finances amid changing global economic and energy-market conditions.
