Oman is seeing a growing range of AI, data science and digital-skills opportunities this September, led by Samsung Innovation Campus 2026, which opened applications for a free 240-hour AI and machine-learning programme for eligible 18–29-year-olds in Oman, with applications open until September 30 and training scheduled from October 11 to December 19.

Alongside Samsung’s programme, Omanis can access government-backed Makeen Nanodegrees, university programmes in data science and AI, and professional courses covering machine learning, data analytics and AI security. Together, these pathways create multiple entry pointsβ€”from short professional certifications to postgraduate degreesβ€”for building the technical capabilities needed for Oman’s digital economy.
