𝐌𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐡 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

VA Group has secured long-term land rights in Muttrah to develop a major phase of the Port Sultan Qaboos Waterfront Masterplan, in partnership with Omran Group.

The 18.5-hectare mixed-use project is planned to include premium residences, a waterfront promenade, parks, sports and leisure facilities, retail and cultural attractions.

The development is expected to support tourism, investment, economic diversification and quality of life, while complementing Muttrah’s historic character.
