Apple is reportedly preparing a special 20th Anniversary iPhone, expected to launch in 2027, celebrating two decades since the original iPhone transformed the mobile industry. According to early reports, the milestone device could introduce one of the biggest design overhauls in the iPhone's history.
Rumored features include an all-screen design with an under-display Face ID system, a front camera hidden beneath the display, a completely bezel-free appearance, next-generation AI capabilities, and advanced display technology that delivers a more immersive user experience. Apple is also expected to introduce premium materials and breakthrough engineering to mark the anniversary edition.
If these reports prove accurate, the anniversary iPhone would represent Apple's boldest leap since the introduction of Face ID and edge-to-edge displays, reinforcing the company's focus on innovation, design excellence, and AI-powered experiences.
While Apple has not officially confirmed the details, anticipation is already building for what could become one of the most significant smartphone launches of the decade.
